HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PV POINTS.

Young Living has offices across Asia, and of course many others in the International market. Calling up your local office to speak with a Customer Representative or emailing them serves as one option to place your orders. But did you know Young Living has its own online web tool called Virtual Office that allows you to easily handle all these? So placing your orders over the weekend or late at night is absolutely possible too. Let’s learn how to now.
+ HOW TO PAY WITH YOUR PV POINTS?
You will start out looking as if you are placing a standard order. However at the end of the checkout page, you can choose to make your payment via the PV points which you have accumulated in your system. You can view the steps below to see how to redeem your free items easily.
LOG IN
The first step os to log in to your Virtual Office (VO) with your Member ID and Password. You can access your VO here.
VIRTUAL OFFICE
Once you log in successfully, you will see your Virtual Office dashboard. To place your order, click on Standard Order on the left hand side menu.
PRODUCT CATALOGUE
You will be immediately brought to the product catalogue page where you can choose the items you want to purchase.
ORDER SUMMARY
Once you have selected your products, scroll down to the bottom of the screen. You will see your Order Summary. Once that is confirmed, click on CHECK OUT.
CHECK OUT SHIPPING
At this page, it is important for you to choose your shipping option. You can choose get your items delivered to you, or to pick it up from the Young Living Singapore Office for free. Do note that once you choose the pick up option, you have 3 working days to collect your order inclusive of the day in which you placed your order. For eg, if you placed your order on a Monday, you must pick up your order by Wednesday, if not your order will be shipped out to you and you will be charged for local delivery fees.
PAYMENT VIA PV POINTS
This is the same place where you can redeem your purchases and pay with your PV points. Click on ESSENTIAL REWARDS POINTS and you will be able to see how many points you have to use to use, as well as the products you would like to redeem. Then click on the check box to select the products you would like to redeem with you PV points, and then click NEXT STEP. Do note that some products cannot be redeemed with PV points.
PLACE ORDER
This last screen will give you an overview of your order before you confirm it to check out. If all is correct, click on PLACE ORDER and you are good to go!
