STANDARD ORDER VS RETAIL ORDER?
A Beginner Series for New Members
There are other membership and ordering types available besides Essential Rewards. That is Standard Order and Retail Order. Find out more about the pros and cons of these membership types in the FAQ below.
+ WHAT IS STANDARD ORDER
If you are an Essential Rewards member, Standard Order (SO) will refer to all orders that a member places which are NOT part of their monthly Essential Rewards orders. For example, if in the month of March, you have already placed your Essential Rewards order, but would like to place an extra order of oils and supplements, this would fall under the category of Standard Order. Do note that you will not be able to earn any rebate points from your Standard Order even though you are on the Essential Rewards program.
If you are not on the Essential Rewards program, ALL orders that you place are considered a Standard Order.
+ WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING ON STANDARD ORDER?
• ENJOY MEMBER PRICES
Enjoy 24% discount off retail prices. This discounted price is also known as wholesale or members prices.
• NO MONTHLY PURCHASE
Standard Order (SO) members can purchase whatever they need, as and when they want. There is no need to put through a monthly 100 PV like Essential Reward members. However there are NO other perks.
+ WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE ON STANDARD ORDER?
All Young Living members are required to maintain a minimum of 50 PV purchase per membership year to keep their account active. That is the only requirement needed.
+ WHAT IS A RETAIL ORDER?
A Retail Order only happens for those who REFUSE to become a Young Living member. They will end up paying full prices which are 24% higher than member prices. That alone would be unappealing. You may have chosen this option if you do not fancy any forms of membership, are bound by work regulations OR you made a mistake in your online registration! If this is indeed the case, do call Young Living up as soon as you can and they can assist you to rectify this.
