We’re on a roll today! Part 3 is here! 🙂

Oils Inside: Rose, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender, Melissa, Angelica.

High in sesquiterpene activity in stimulating the brain because when we feel angry, we feel resentment, we hold on to old issues that we want to beat ourselves up over for whatever reason. We all go through it everyday. We feel transgressed, been lied to, been cheated on, it goes on in life. But we harbor those things and it eats up literally.

This is probably the most difficult to deal with. Because it is not something that you see. We are a creature of habit that likes to hold on to stuff. We like to use it to beat ourselves up, to be martyrs. We feel like there is something valiant about carrying all those garbage around. We rehearse it again and again in our minds. It gives us attention, recognition that’s why we hold on to it. But it keeps us in limitation, it keeps us from expanding and from reaching forward in doing greater things.

That childlike forgiveness to let things go is critical for us to grow.

Rose  is to stimulate and bring about that peace.

Rose, Rosewood and Geranium work together to bring you to a higher frequency of happiness. There is no point in forgiveness if forgiveness doesn’t bring happiness with it.

Palma Rosa, Ylang ylang and Bergamot work on the heart to let it relax, to let it go.

Roman chamomile and Jasmine work on the liver because anger affects the liver.

Apply Forgiveness on the belly button at night, or let your intuition drive you to where you want to put the oil.

Oils Inside: Galbanum, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender, Cinnamon, Rose, Spruce, Geranium and Ylang Ylang.

In 1993, Gary received an anonymous fax that said in an excavation in Jericho, 3 large cases full of scrolls and a little container of oils were found and they were being kept at the Hebrew University. One week later, Gary made his way down to Jerusalem amidst the fights going on between the Israelites and the Palestinians, there were bombs going off, tanks everywhere. A guard pulled a machine gun on Gary even. He was given a permit in the embassy nonetheless to go into university and into the archaeology department and look at the archives. He was allowed to see that one scroll that was being translated and the cases.

He kept questioning why he was there, why he was allowed to look at these things. He got to see the little terracotta container. The people who worked in the translation committee believed that that was the little container that Christ carried on himself and which He used during His administering work. Gary doesn’t refute or agree with that, he is just sharing with us what was shared with him.

Here’s the interesting thing. When the case was opened, they found 5 alabaster jars. The interesting thing was because a year before, Gary was in Egypt during the war when the bombing on the buses happened. He was supposed to be on the bus but he wasn’t. He heard in the Spirit that told him to go across the street and go into the American University library and do some studying. He turned and walked across the street as the bombs blew those buses up and he had a foot that was in a shoe land 3 feet away from him on the street. The military’s guns went off, bullets were everywhere. He hid for 3 days before everything looked clear. Later on, he went to one of the temples and an old time guard came up to Gary.

Guard: You speak English?
Gary: Yes
Guard: Why are you here?
Gary: I’m here to study about essential oils.
Guard: No that’s not why you are here. I tell you why you are here. You are here to learn about the man who came here many years ago that you called Christ. Christ was here. He was here 5 times. When He left, He was given 5 alabaster jars filled with oil as a parting gift to use for His ministry.

So when Gary saw the 5 jars in front of him, he knew there was something here that was so big that we don’t understand. In those scrolls was this statement “He shall know His children by their scent.”

He can’t tell us what it means, but he can tell us how it feels for him. “There’s going to be a time, some where, some place, and I believe the people who are wearing God’s oils, who have lived the way they should, may be the ones who will be chosen to stand and come forth as an army to battle the adversary.”

So he wanted to create an oil that would bring that scent. That would gather people together for that purpose and vision. He worked on it for years and it didn’t come together. And through his multiple trips to Israel, on this fateful one on top of a hill, he heard a voice that said “Galbanum shall be your oil”

So he added Galbanum in. Gathering blend helps to gather your thoughts into a single focus. Spiritually, emotionally and physically gather yourself to become one in the presence of God. If you feel compromised, fractured, scattered, feel like you’re in pieces, grab Gathering, put it on to pull you together.

If you wanna step out of the rut, get out of the ashes, put Inspiration+Highest Potential+Gathering. 🙂

Gary made this oil for babies so that it can be put on their skin gently. Mummies who have been applying Gentle Baby immediately after labor for a period of time has never had stretch marks. Tendertush also helps with that. Gentle Baby helps to get rid of scar tissue.

If the liver is toxic, it is easy to get rashes, eczema, acne, pimples. Anything that is abnormal from the skin is coming from the liver. The more liver cleansing you do, the more liver oils you use, the better skin you will have. Gentle Baby is a great oil to use from the outside in, as you work your body from the inside out. No specific area to put it. If there are skin issues, put it in a bit of V6 and apply on that area.

Linalool (antibacterial), Geraniol and linalool acetate are tissue regenerating molecules. Citronellol is antiseptic while limonene for the immune system.

Geranium is beneficial for children with insufficient liver growth and activity and is good for the lymphatic system.

Oils Inside: Idaho Balsam Fir, Frankincense, Myrrh, Rosewood and Galbanum.

The lack of gratitude in the world right now is causing the experience of injustice, unfairness and leading to resentment and anger. Even though we may not be getting what we want at times, we need to express the gratitude towards what we have.

Rosewood and Galbanum gathers the emotions and focuses it into an emotion of gratitude.

Myrrh, Galbanum and Ylang ylang balances and helps the heart to express the gratitude over what it has. Even when your health is no good, if you look outside, you can find someone who is worse off than you. You ALWAYS have something to be grateful for even if it is the last breath of air you are going to draw in this life.

Oils Inside: Juniper, Angelica, Ylang, ylang, Pine, Spruce and Fir.

Grounding is important to use when you are going through an upheaval, a separation, a divorce, a loss of a loved one, a separation taking place. Grounding comes and holds you in a space and anchors you there. When people are sick or upset, the space that they go into is one of wanting to leave.

The Grounding blend was made to anchor people there until they work through what they need to rather than avoiding/escaping and bringing the baggage to other areas in their lives. The conscious mind doesn’t want the subconscious mind to reveal what is unresolved because the conscious mind wants to be in control. The conscious mind will try to shut that down by getting you to fall asleep. Grounding blend will keep you in the moment to prevent you from escaping.

We use anger to escape. When you are shattered and fractured, use Grounding so you don’t escape.

Apply on the base of your neck and solar plexus.

Juniper has been used by the Native American people to represent grounding and anchoring.

Angelica  has root that grows in the earth. Its attributes, its signature is for grounding. That musky and woody scent anchors you into the earth.

Ylang ylang balances the heart and hormones.

Cedarwood opens the brain.

Pine and Spruce is good for opening the lungs.

Fir is for strengthening the chi of the spine.

Somewhere over the pacific ocean I am posting post no.4 on the blends! Here we go people!

When you can bring your energy into a center focus and balance your heart. Use with Envision, Dreamcatcher, Awaken and it will start creating the feeling of unlimitation. Do we know what our Highest Potential is? No we don’t. Because it evolves as we evolve. But it helps us see what our Highest Potential is at that moment! Awaken the desire by awakening the hormones, stimulating the adrenal glands.

Australian Blue Cypress works on the brain. It has been reported in Australia to be cancer specific. Patients with Parkinsons and Alzheimers have bathed in the floral water of Australian Blue Cypress. It stimulates the immunity system through the pituitary gland.

Cedarwood is grounding and anchoring for all the chakras. Native Indian Americans use it for opening the respiratory track to exchange oxygen exchange.

  • Blue Tansy balances the adrenal glands.
  • White Fir anchors the solar plexus.
  • Gathering blend gathers it all together, bringing the core into a centre focus

Created in 1989. 2 daughters brought their mother to Gary cos she was diagnosed with leukaemia, and had a very bad allergy to the chemo only to find out she didn’t have leukaemia! She was misdiagnosed but the doctors couldn’t figure out what it was. During that time in Arkansas, it was the time when there was a flu strain going around killing 52 people in 30 days. The hospital had put the mother on oxygen and said she may not live past a week.

That night Gary had a dream of a lady in white telling him “You already have what you need”. Gary asked for her name and she said “Melissa”. He went to read up on Melissa and found that there may be antiviral properties. He immediately called up his friend to ask about Melissa and asked if he could send him a quart of it. But of course, his friend said that the plane that brings the Melissa will be cheaper than the oil. He got it anyway. 🙂 He brought the Melissa oil to the daughters and mother and said “I know nothing about it other than a feeling that I have and I want your mother to put one drop under the tongue every hour and by the 3rd hour, go to 2 drops and do that every hour.” 6 hours later, the door opened and walked into the room where Gary and his students were without her oxygen. That woman went up to Gary and said “Dr Young, you have given me Hope.” And she is still alive to this day.

Hope helps to pull people out of their depressive mode. If you are feeling discouraged, lost or depressed, apply around the ears.

Melissa is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. It takes over 5 tonnes to produce 8 ounces of oil.

Spruce, Juniper and Myrrh opens the brain with their sesquiterpene activity, and is a modulator for the immune system.

Great need for all of us. It is easy to get caught up in our own agendas, egos and lose Humility.  It is hard to practice humility when we are angry but it is that time that we need to be humble. Use with Acceptance and Surrender.

Put on your ears, chest and your knees. “There will come a time when every knee shall bow and every tongue will confess”, when you are humble, God can work through you.

When you go into a hotel room, you never know who has been there before. Sprinkle Purification on the carpet, and put Humility on the air vent. You know those moments when you actually feel great before going into the hotel room and the minute you enter, get your clothes and toiletries up, you feel frustrated. That’s because you picked someone else’s stuff up. Learn to clear the space you go into so you don’t take on other people’s stuff.

Cistus has carvacrol which is an anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antibacterial agent. It helps to dissolve blood clots like helicrysum. You cannot build immune system if your body is wrecked with virus, bacteria and fungus.

Frankincense, Hyssop and Ravintsara is for the lungs and any respiratory support.

Mountain Savory works as an immune system aid.

Cumin modulates the immune system.

Idaho Tansy detoxifies the liver. 1-2 drops applied topically on the liver.

PART 5! Are you fascinated with the stories and the blends yet?

Specifically for adults who have lost their identity, helps you reclaim your identity.

How do you lose your identity? When you are “someone’s mother”, “someone’s wife”. Helps with mid life crisis.

Put a drop on your thumb and suck it. For any emotional work, use inner child.

Used to be known as Prayer and Meditation. In Japan, there were some names that just wouldn’t translate. (e.g. Motivation blend is Spirit Wings in Japan).

Moves you into a space of quietness to receive inspiration and direction. Increases intuitive ability.

Use it for Prayer and Meditation.

Jasmine is great for the bladder or for kidney support.

In order to go forward, we need to go back into our inner child. As adults, we are stuck in who we are. We need to learn to play, to be flexible, to create in peace. Thi is a good oil to use with Awaken, Motivation and Clarity.

Lemon, Orange, Bergamot help you moves into a space of happiness. If you are not happy, you are not compelled to move into the future because you can’t see it. People who are depressed, they are the ones who will step back, who are sedentary.

Ylang ylang stimulates the heart for excitement. You’ve got to be passionate in order to want to move forward.

Rose, Rosewood, Palma Rosa, Roman Chamomile and Jasmine helps to open the liver. This makes you want to go out there and create.

Joy in the heart is Joy in the Home. Old saying “When Daddy is mad Daddy is mad, when Mummy is mad everybody is mad”

Lemon, Mandarin, Bergamot and Ylang Ylang are oils that bring frequencies of joy. We put people through a test for electric frequencies – people who are happy and people who are sad. As Gary put the blends together he worked the oils until he was able to create those blends to bring them into the same frequencies as people who are in joy have.

This works through your electromagnetic field in enhancing and raising the frequencies to be in the space of joy.

This is where you have got to be in order to HEAL – whether it is emotional, physical or spiritual. You must have joy in your heart first, joy for your fellow men and joy for yourself.

How can oils do that (bring joy into your heart)?
Are oils the life-force of the plants? – Yes, because we know that if you remove the oils, the plant is dead.
Is your blood the activating-force of your body? – Yes, every cell depends on that blood flowing through the body.
So if the oil has a life-force, does it have a consciousness? – Yes
Does your blood have a consciousness? – Yes
If the oils and your blood have a consciousness, can they communicate? Conscious to conscious.
Do you know that oils have a frequency?
Does your blood has a frequency?
Every part of your body has a frequency?
Every thing that God created has a frequency?
Can frequency and frequency communicate?
Is it then possible that is how it happens? That is ONE way the oils work in your body – through the frequency consciousness in the oil to the frequency consciousness of your blood and cells.

So, put Joy ALL over! Heart is the primary point.

Real story : For women in a marriage where husband never says he loves her. He did not like the oils or for her to use the oils. Gary says men never smell their underwear before they put them on, so sprinkle Joy on them! He suggested for her to diffuse joy in the house when he is not at home. But air out the smell before he returns. The smell may be gone, but the frequencies remain. The oil will get into the drapes, the carpet, the furniture and permeate the home. She practiced it for 2 weeks. He came home suddenly one day and could smell Joy. He remarked how nice it smelled and he told told her “ I love you “ for the first time.

Power oil for the liver and gallbladder, and very specific for gallbladder.

Its greatest companion is JuvaCleanse. These 2 oils should be used together topically or orally. Using JuvaFlex in the morning and JuvaCleanse in the evening is of great benefit if you are dealing with the gallbladder. You want to open up the gall bladder – Juvaflex (2 caps) in the morning. You want to move it out – then JuvaCleanse (2 caps) in the afternoon/evening.

If you are someone who is often angry, put JuvaFlex and JuvaCleanse on your liver.

BOOM! Part 6! Lots more info here about the blends we love 🙂

Passion in a bottle! Wear it, snort it, eat it, diffuse it, use it. Bottle of Passion with Melissa are my number 1 oils there again, because it brings hope.

Patchouli and Jasmine creates a beautiful fragrance and frequency for passion. It is not just how the oil smell but the collective frequency that brings to you the feeling of passion.

Angelica Root and Melissa is the magic combination in this blend. Gary created this in the Ayurvedic energy system. Melissa is a very powerful immunity agent. 3000 pounds of plant materials is needed just to make 8 ounces of oil. Just 1 drop can change the index of the immune system. Angelica is the frequency of angels. 🙂

Putting it on the back of my neck is where Gary feel it accelerates the pushing; and putting it on his chest like cologne.

Specifically made for Mi-graines, this blend is to be used on the Vitaflex points on the thumbs and fingers, rub it on the back of the neck.

99% of migraines are brain-dehydration due to not drinking enough pure water. If you are drinking water with chlorine, it’s going to cause brain dehydration.

Lavender and Peppermint is for the nerves as it is calming for the sympathetic and parasympathetic system.

Roman Chamomile and Helichyrsum is for to clearing the heavy metals and toxins out of the brain and body so that you can get better blood circulation

As I continue to listen to these old CDs and how Gary shares passionately about the reasons why he created them and how each ingredient is chosen for a reason to support a use in a well-rounded way… I grow more and more fascinated and in love with these carefully made blends. I hope you are being equally inspired!

Lets continue with Post 7!

Oils inside: Sage, Fennel, Lavender, Myrtle, Yarrow, Peppermint

This blend works both for men and women. It is supportive of hormones and is not sex/gender specific.

Mister is great for prostate support. It can be used in a retention edema or used orally. It is good via the rectum. It is a great companion to the Claraderm Spray.

Peppermint is anti inflammatory to the prostate.

Roman Chamomile – During the Roman conquest, when Romans dominated the European and middle eastern countries and communities, before they went into battle, their warriors will literally bathe in Roman Chamomile. That’s how it acquired the name “Roman Chamomile”. It is not indigenous to Rome but because they used it for that purpose, thus the name. Why did they use it in that manner? Because roman chamomile excites the adrenals and liver. When you go into battle, those are 2 glands you need to have excited because that is what gives you the HGH conversion for insulin factor and for testosterones to really create the energy and drive. So they would bath in Roman Chamomile for 2-3hours for a week to 10 days before they went into battle. They were so charged with the energy they were unbeatable. Gary uses Roman Chamomile because of its legacy and frequency to be abled, to empower the adrenals and the liver; and to move a person forward.Ylang Ylang is for the heart. If you are going to rev up the energy, you got to make sure your heart is there to go through with you for all the action. You don’t want to get charged up and find that your heart cannot hold you together or to supply the blood you need to get through the job.

Spruce is so you feel grounded, like a tree, that nobody can bull you over.

Lavender is to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic system. You don’t want to excite one part of the nervous system and not the other cos if you do, you will be out of balance. If you find yourself going “YEAH….but”, it is likely your sympathetic system and parasympathetic system is not in harmony and not moving in the same passion, so back up and take a look at that.

Use Motivation in the morning when you get out of bed. Put it in a diffuser and set a timer for it to kick off at 4am in the morning.

This blend was made in 1994. Gary made it because he had employees that were not motivated. He diffused it in the office and it truly motivated them! Generally within 15-20min, you feel the adrenals kicking it. Rub it behind the ears at the occiput. If you feel brain fatigue, the throat chakra goes out and you will feel it into the neck. Motivation can really help. By applying it on the occiput, you will move the oxygen and energy in that area.

Panaway is made up of 40% Methylsalicylate.

Helichrysum and Clove is added for the topical analgesic action.

Peppermint is for reducing the trauma in the muscle tissue. It contains 12% Eugenol which used in the commercial dental industry.

Oils inside: Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Blue Tansy
Ylang Ylang is for the heart.

Patchouli for balance.

Blue Tansy was used a lot by the Romans for its grounding effect. It has a calming effect on the pineal & pituitary glands.

Tangerine and Orange brings joy and happiness.

Gary created this blend especially for children.

Takes you right out of the past and into present time.

Neroli, Spruce and Ylang Ylang creates a fragrance that when you smell it, it pulls the brain right into center focus, opens up the pituitary, hypothalamus and the endocrine system; and they are ready to take action. Ready to to be there, now; functioning & doing whatever you are choosing to do.

The reason people choose NOT to be well, or NOT to be healthy; is because they are not living in present times. One of the things I (Gary) learnt years ago working in the clinic is getting them out of the past, out of the “old stuff”; and be in front of me. And the biggest challenge in getting them in present time, is holding them there.

Use Forgiveness to forgive yourself from going into the past. Allow yourself to be present, allow yourself to be renewed, allow yourself to be in that space of growth, of experience, of excitement.

We are creatures that loves to create; but we have surrendered that in the last few hundred years; and have accepted to be in the space of “slavery”. You don’t have to be there.

Apply Present Time on the thymus (your body’s clock) rub it around 3 times and just breathe as you rub it on. Pay attention to the feeling that grabs you.

The reason people get sick, have lack, get stuck in poverty, have limitations etc; is often because you are not living in the moment. You are living in the past. When you are in the present, you are the most productive in making decisions. You have to be in the present to be in the creative mind; to create things to move forward into the future. When you are sick, you always talk about how you got it etc – always in the past tense. People who are sick dwell in the past. Why? Because they are looking for recognition, Children misbehave for attention. Adults get sick for it. We just change the level of disfunction but it is still for recognition. So using Present Time helps to bring you into the moment, pulling you out of the past.
