As I continue to listen to these old CDs and how Gary shares passionately about the reasons why he created them and how each ingredient is chosen for a reason to support a use in a well-rounded way… I grow more and more fascinated and in love with these carefully made blends. I hope you are being equally inspired!

Lets continue with Post 7!

Mister is great for prostate support. It can be used in a retention edema or used orally. It is good via the rectum. It is a great companion to the Claraderm Spray.

Peppermint is anti inflammatory to the prostate.

MOTIVATION

Roman Chamomile – During the Roman conquest, when Romans dominated the European and middle eastern countries and communities, before they went into battle, their warriors will literally bathe in Roman Chamomile. That’s how it acquired the name “Roman Chamomile”. It is not indigenous to Rome but because they used it for that purpose, thus the name. Why did they use it in that manner? Because roman chamomile excites the adrenals and liver. When you go into battle, those are 2 glands you need to have excited because that is what gives you the HGH conversion for insulin factor and for testosterones to really create the energy and drive. So they would bath in Roman Chamomile for 2-3hours for a week to 10 days before they went into battle. They were so charged with the energy they were unbeatable. Gary uses Roman Chamomile because of its legacy and frequency to be abled, to empower the adrenals and the liver; and to move a person forward.Ylang Ylang is for the heart. If you are going to rev up the energy, you got to make sure your heart is there to go through with you for all the action. You don’t want to get charged up and find that your heart cannot hold you together or to supply the blood you need to get through the job.

Spruce is so you feel grounded, like a tree, that nobody can bull you over.

Lavender is to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic system. You don’t want to excite one part of the nervous system and not the other cos if you do, you will be out of balance. If you find yourself going “YEAH….but”, it is likely your sympathetic system and parasympathetic system is not in harmony and not moving in the same passion, so back up and take a look at that.

Use Motivation in the morning when you get out of bed. Put it in a diffuser and set a timer for it to kick off at 4am in the morning.

This blend was made in 1994. Gary made it because he had employees that were not motivated. He diffused it in the office and it truly motivated them! Generally within 15-20min, you feel the adrenals kicking it. Rub it behind the ears at the occiput. If you feel brain fatigue, the throat chakra goes out and you will feel it into the neck. Motivation can really help. By applying it on the occiput, you will move the oxygen and energy in that area.

PANAWAY

Panaway is made up of 40% Methylsalicylate.

Helichrysum and Clove is added for the topical analgesic action.

Peppermint is for reducing the trauma in the muscle tissue. It contains 12% Eugenol which used in the commercial dental industry.

PEACE & CALMING

Oils inside: Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Blue Tansy
Ylang Ylang is for the heart.

Patchouli for balance.

Blue Tansy was used a lot by the Romans for its grounding effect. It has a calming effect on the pineal & pituitary glands.

Tangerine and Orange brings joy and happiness.

Gary created this blend especially for children.

PRESENT TIME

Takes you right out of the past and into present time.

Neroli, Spruce and Ylang Ylang creates a fragrance that when you smell it, it pulls the brain right into center focus, opens up the pituitary, hypothalamus and the endocrine system; and they are ready to take action. Ready to to be there, now; functioning & doing whatever you are choosing to do.

The reason people choose NOT to be well, or NOT to be healthy; is because they are not living in present times. One of the things I (Gary) learnt years ago working in the clinic is getting them out of the past, out of the “old stuff”; and be in front of me. And the biggest challenge in getting them in present time, is holding them there.

Use Forgiveness to forgive yourself from going into the past. Allow yourself to be present, allow yourself to be renewed, allow yourself to be in that space of growth, of experience, of excitement.

We are creatures that loves to create; but we have surrendered that in the last few hundred years; and have accepted to be in the space of “slavery”. You don’t have to be there.

Apply Present Time on the thymus (your body’s clock) rub it around 3 times and just breathe as you rub it on. Pay attention to the feeling that grabs you.

The reason people get sick, have lack, get stuck in poverty, have limitations etc; is often because you are not living in the moment. You are living in the past. When you are in the present, you are the most productive in making decisions. You have to be in the present to be in the creative mind; to create things to move forward into the future. When you are sick, you always talk about how you got it etc – always in the past tense. People who are sick dwell in the past. Why? Because they are looking for recognition, Children misbehave for attention. Adults get sick for it. We just change the level of disfunction but it is still for recognition. So using Present Time helps to bring you into the moment, pulling you out of the past.
